Gortiflex® Molded Bellows can be used as expansion joints, vibratory feeder joints, compressor and engine intake and exhaust manifold connections, fan duct connections, and are suitable for outdoor duty and severe environments.

Manufactured from neoprene, buna, butyl, viton, silicone and Goralon® on fabrics such as nylon, kevlar, and fiberglass, Gortiflex® can be made air and water tight. The major advantages of Gortiflex® are: a molded cover with little or no tooling charge, a large variety of materials to solve applications, and excellent extended to retracted ratio for a molded cover.

Vulca-Seal® Protective Bellows Covers are available in any size or shape. No tooling costs make Vulca-Seal® an ideal choice for OEM use on both prototype models and new designs.  Vulca-Seal® is a patented A&A process in which separate sections of elastomer-coated fabric are joined by vulcanizing to form a completed cover. This results in a neat, clean appearance, longer life in abrasive environments, a complete seal and the ability to withstand moderate internal or external pressure.

Steelflex® Walk-On Duty Covers are designed for covering pits or machine ways. These covers were originally developed for and used in the machine tool industry but have recently been used to cover inspection pits, machine tool changers, or large chemical tanks. When environmental conditions prohibit the use of steel, thermoplastic designs are available.

These covers can also be supplied in a custom enclosure that can be mounted at the end of a bed way or pit or on a gantry for a large machine.
